ISLAMABAD – US Special Representative for Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad istravelling to eight countries including Pakistan and Afghanistan, as partof efforts to bring Taliban to negotiating table.
He will also visit Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Belgium, the UnitedArab Emirates and Qatar with an interagency delegation from December 2 to20.
He will be meeting with Afghan Government Officials and other interestedparties to support and facilitate an inclusive peace process and tocoordinate closely on efforts to bring the Taliban to the negotiating table.
