Several extremist Hindu groups warn Indian PM Modi

NEW DELHI – Several extremists Hindu groups have warned Indian PM NarendraModi.

Demanding that the Narendra Modi government pass a law for the constructionof a Ram temple in Ayodhya, leaders from Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) andSangh Pariwar affiliates in Mumbai warned the Centre that the “patience” ofHindus must not be tested.

The Virat Dharmsabha in Mumbai was attended by RSS and VHP functionaries,and Hindu, Jain and Sikh religious heads. Jagadguru Narendracharya Maharaj,who has considerable influence in the Mumbai- Thane- Konkan belt, said the”iron fist” of Hindutva and a Hindu vote bank would force open thegovernment’s eyes.

“We have no allergy towards any party. Even leaders of secular parties areHindus. They must support it. The Shiv Sena and BJP openly claim they areHindutvawadis.

They (secular parties) too must support the Ram Temple. We will back them.Remember, if the Ram Temple is not built now, it will not be built easilyin future without bloodshed,” Narendracharya said.
