    Government increase the minimum wage for workers

    The Sindh caretaker government has issued a notification to set the minimumwage for laborers and workers at 32,000 rupees per month after approvalfrom the cabinet.

    According to the notification, the minimum wage of 32,000 rupees per monthwill apply from January 1st 2024.

    The notification also states that female workers will also receive aminimum wage of 32,000 rupees.
