ISLAMABAD – PM Imran Khan strongly reacts over Fazalur Rahman statementagainst Pakistan Army.
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday said that those countries in whichthe army is eliminated cannot survive in this world.
During the meeting of the Core Committee, the Prime Minister stronglydefended the Pak army after Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) chief FazlurRehman criticized the institutions of the country.
Addressing the meeting of the Core Committee, Imran Khan strongly condemnedthe criticism against national institutions and said that he values thelives which have been sacrificed for the country. “We will protect theinstitutions atop the politics”, he added.
Earlier, Core Committee of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) has rejected thedemand of resignation of Prime Minister Imran Khan by opposition parties.The meeting appreciated untiring efforts of PM Imran Khan for the progressof the country.

PTI core committee’s meeting was held on Saturday under the chair of PMImran Khan to deliberate on Azadi March and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal(JUI-F) Chief Fazal-ur- Rehman’s deadline.
Sources said the core committee of PTI also rejected demand of re-electionsin the country. The meeting decided that unconstitutional demands ofopposition would not be entertained.
