In Lahore, Rana Sanaullah, a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) and former interior minister, made an announcement on Tuesday. Hestated that party chief Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to address a publicgathering at Minar-e-Pakistan at 6pm on October 21, immediately upon hisarrival in the country on the same day. Rana Sanaullah mentioned that NawazSharif’s arrival in Lahore is expected at 5:30pm on October 21.
He emphasized that Nawaz is returning to lead the party in response to thePML-N’s request, stating that the nation requires an experienced leader tonavigate the current challenges.
Addressing speculations about any political deals, Sanaullah clarified thatNawaz Sharif is neither returning nor departing under the terms of anyagreement.
While addressing speculations pertaining to a deal, Sanaullah maintainedthat Nawaz “neither went under the deal nor is coming back under any deal”.
