NEW DELHI – After having being Disgraced at hands of PAF over shooting downof his aircraft and subsequent capture, IAF Pilot WC Abhinandan shaves offmoustaches style before entering cockpit of MiG 21.
Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman flew a sortie in MiG-21 fighteraircraft in Pathankot with Indian Air Force (IAF) Air Chief Marshal BSDhanoa.
However, what caught everyone’s attention more was Varthaman’s new look.The officer has shaved off his iconic handlebar ‘gunslinger’ moustache andinstead sported the chevron moustache with close cropped hair.
Later, Twitter users reacted to the missing handlebar and tweeted theirdisappointment. “The handlebar is gone. But, the style and smile remain,” auser wrote on the micro-blogging site.
