Pakistani Rupee take a big jump against US dollar

KARACHI – The dollar rate lost Rs9.58 against the rupee in a single day,reaching at Rs228.80 in the interbank market on Wednesday.

In the open market, the dollar rate decreased by Rs14.50 and was closed atRs226.

On the other hand, 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange witnessed anincrease of over 900 points, which shows it is regaining the trust of theinvestors. It closed at 41,068 points.
