After the conclusion of ICC World Cup 2019, Pakistani cricketers are busyshowcasing their talent at the ongoing Vitality Blast 2019 – the EnglishT20 tournament.
First it was the ever consistent Babar Azam who wowed everyone with hisperformance, and now off-spinner Imad Wasim has also contributed with hisall round talents as Nottinghamshire thrashed the Birmingham Bears by 71runs. Imad ended up with figures of 2 wickets for 21 runs with the ball,and 18 off 10 deliveries with the bat.
Earlier, Babar played a vital knock of 43 off 31 deliveries against Surreyfeaturing five boundaries and one maximum and helped his side to a muchneeded victory by eight wickets in the tournament. With 263 runs in fivematches, Pakistan top order batsman Babar is the leading scorer of thetournament, including the highest score of 96.
