ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former primeminister Nawaz Sharif Thursday directed the party leaders to continueprotests against alleged rigging in the July 25 general elections.

In a meeting with PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and other party leadersincluding Khawaja Saad Rafique, Khawaja Asif, Pervez Rasheed, MarriyumAurangzeb, Ahsan Iqbal, Ayaz Sadiq and Mushahid Hussain at the Adiala Jail,Nawaz urged the party leaders to ensure active participation in theall-parties conference (APC).

Sources said Nawaz Sharif, clad in orange shalwar kameez, was lookinghealthy and determined.

Later, Shehbaz Sharif and other party leaders also met Maryam Nawaz in theprison.
