A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court OmarAta Bandial held an emergency hearing of the suo motu notice on thenew situation arising out of the no-confidence motion.
The CJP turned down the application submitted by People’s Party forover ruling the judgement of the Speaker National Assembly.
Notices were issued to the Home Secretary, Secretary of Defense andAttorney General and the hearing was adjourned till Monday.
