Big Surprise: No Confidence Motion rejected in NA

Islamabad: The Deputy Speaker National Assembly on Sunday has rejected theNo Confidence Motion terming it against the Article 5 of the constitution.

NA session has been adjourned by the Deputy Speaker. To avoid any untowardincident on this decisive day, the district administration has imposedSection 144 and completely banned pillion riding in Islamabad for today.

A statement issued by the Islamabad deputy commissioner said that the RedZone has been sealed with big containers and barbed wires and withtightened security in the federal capital.

The local administration has also prohibited all kinds of gatherings inareas in and outside the Red Zone within a one-kilometre radius.

Moreover, a notification issued by Islamabad’s district magistrateprohibits ‘all kinds of gatherings of 5 or more persons,processions/rallies and demonstrations inside the Red Zone.link
