ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice Saqib Nisar seems annoyed with the strike of thecivil servants in favour of Ahad Cheema and the resolution of PunjabAssembly against State Institution NAB.
CJP has stopped the officers from staging protest against the arrest ofAhad Cheema.
He questioned that how the resolution was passed in favor of Ahad Cheema inthe assembly. “In this way, the resolution can be tabled to stop the SCfrom summoning someone,” he said.
The CJP said that whosoever wants to resign should do it immediately. “Theperson being summoned should cooperate with the court,” he remarked.
He also sought the complete record of the Ahad Cheema case.
