KABUL – In Afghanistan, unknown armed militants gunned down deputy districtgovernor of Gosfandi district, Tahir Azizi in Sari Pul province.
Provincial government spokesman Zabihullah Amani blamed the militants forassassination to terrorize the people.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
