PESHAWAR – The incentives of Levy and Khasadar Force officials would beincreased manifold after induction in police and would thus enable them toensure bettereducation and health facilities to their children.According to press release issued here Sunday, huge difference has beenobserved in terms ofsalaries and other incentives between the tribal security officials andKhyberPakhtunkhwa police. In policing the salary of the levy and Khasadarconstable would be enhanced from Rs 18,000 to Rs 28000 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwapolice constable.It is also expected that after approval of police system in tribaldistricts these areaswould get status of hard area which would ultimately led to increasedincentives and perks of the security employees.Likewise, the existing police shaheed package is far better than the tribalsecurity officials shaheedpackage. Under the package the heirs of grade 1-16 officials of formertribaldistricts are being provided Rs 3 million as compared to Rs 10 million totheheirs of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police of the same rank officials and thus ahugemargin of Rs 7 million exists between both packages.Similarly under the shaheed package the heirs of grade 17 officials offormer tribaldistricts are being given Rs5 million as compared to Rs15 million to theheirsof the same rank officials of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police. Moreover, theheirs of grade 18 and 19 officers of tribal belt are being given Rs9million as comparedto Rs20 million to same rank officers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police.Besides this inChina Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) the quota of the newly mergeddistricts of the tribal belt would be incorporated in the enlistment shareof Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police force and thus its unemployed youth would beprovided thousands of vacancies of different rank in the police force.Likewise, thepolice system would be beneficial for the illiterate and aged officials oftheex-tribal security officials as eligible and educated of their familieswouldbe enlisted on their posts.With the passage of time more and more employment opportunities would becreated especially in the police force and new era of peace and prosperitywould be dawned in the ex-tribal districts.Under thedynamic leader ship of the IGP, who also belong to tribal district, bestpolicing would be reached to its zenith and the newly merged tribal districtswould be made citadel of peace and tranquility.
