South Korea says the resumption of cooperation projects with North Korea will be possible through cooperation with the international community as well as stakeholders.
Talking to newsmen, spokesman of South Korean unification ministry said the two sides need to create conditions as agreed upon at the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang.
