State-sponsored terrorism is ongoing in the occupied Kashmir region by the Indian forces, with 8 Kashmiris being martyred by Indian forces last month in August, according to Kashmir Media Service. During their unlawful occupation in Jammu and Kashmir, Indian military personnel carried out state-sponsored terrorism, resulting in the martyrdom of eight Kashmiris in the month of August.
Kashmiri youth were falsely implicated in cases beyond the jurisdiction of the courts, leading to the deaths of 3 widows and 11 orphans as a result of these killings.
During this period, Indian military, police, paramilitary forces, ISI, and IB conducted 261 operations, arresting 134 civilians, including freedom activists, youth, workers, and students, through house raids, searches, and sieges.
According to the report, many arrested Kashmiris have been subjected to the imposition of black laws, such as the Public Safety Act, and restrictions on unlawful activities.
