ISLAMABAD: (APP) Indian troops in their unabated acts of state terrorism martyred twenty five Kashmiris in June 2016.
According to the data compiled by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service (KMS), of those martyred, four youth were killed in fake encounters.
During the month, 228 people were critically injured when Indian police and paramilitary personnel used brute force against peaceful demonstrators in the occupied territory while 346 civilians, mostly Hurriyet leaders and youth, were arrested.
The troops also destroyed 3 residential houses during the period. Indian troops disgraced at least 8 women while one woman was widowed in the month.
