The United Sates has warned Russia of "severe sanctions" if Moscow goes ahead with aggression against Ukraine.
Talking to newsmen in Wilmington Delaware, US President Joe Biden said United States will increase its presence in Europe with NATO allies in this regards.
He urged his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to de-escalate tensions with Ukraine.
