The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore granted post-arrest bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed in the case related to arson and violence outside Zaman Park.
The court proceedings took place with Judge Arshad Javed presiding, and the verdict was delivered following arguments presented by the lawyers.
Sanam Javed, who had been identified in the Askari Tower attack case, secured bail by providing a surety bond of Rs2,00,000 after her arrest. The Race Course police station had registered a case against her in connection with the alleged incidents.
Simultaneously, a contempt petition filed by Sanam against IG Punjab is scheduled for a hearing in the Lahore High Court (LHC). Justice Ali Baqir Najafi is set to preside over the hearing, which is slated for December 04.
Sanam Javed Khan, known for her fervent support of PTI, actively participates in the party's political activities. Her dedication to the party's ideals is evident through her involvement in disseminating the PTI's message and advocating for its policies.
