*Jammu:* Indian Border Security Force (BSF) officer was killed on Tuesday as the Pakistani troops responded to the violation ceasefire by Indian Army.

Pakistan Army responded by resorting to firing on forward posts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, Zee TV has reported.

The firing came from across the border in Tarkundi area of Mendhar sector, the BSF officials said.

Manzoor Ahmad Kohli, SHO Mendhar, confirmed that a BSF Sub-Inspector was killed.
