The United States has halted delivery of equipment related to stealthy F-35 fighter aircraft to Turkey.
In a statement, Defense Department spokesman, Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Mike Andrews said this is the first concrete step to block delivery of jet to NATO ally in light of Ankara’s planned purchase of a Russian missile defense system.
