Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa had a flight in PAF F – 16 fighter jet

ISLAMABAD – Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has lauded professionalismand dedication of Pakistan Air Force.

He was interacting with the fighter pilots of the squadron during his visitto PAF Base Mushaf in Sargodha on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, the army chief thanked the Force for itsunmatched services to the nation.

He also praised the Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khanfor his visionary leadership, acknowledging that inter service harmony andsynergy are vital for operational success.

Chief of Air Staff thanked COAS for his visit. Both underlined the need forcontinued and enhanced interaction between the services in training andoperations.

Earlier, COAS was received by Chief of Air Staff, who has also commandedMushaf Base, a tradition shared by many illustrious names of PAF.

The base and its squadrons hold claim to some of the most valiant actionsin the history of air warfare and is a proud repository of capability,skills and traditions.

COAS was taken to one of the squadrons where he was flown in an F-16.

The Chief of Air Staff flew in another F-16 and both aircraft proceeded tomaneuver for a combat action simulation mission.
