Punjab government mulls three options over Governor House Lahore

LAHORE – Punjab government is mulling three option of converting GovernorHouse into a Museum, Art Gallery and and botanical garden.

The work on demolishing the boundary wall of Punjab Governor House inLahore has started on Sunday.

The demolition started a day after Prime Minister Imran Khan directed toimmediately demolish the wall of Punjab Governor House in Lahore.

Final decision to end Governor office from Governor House has not yet beentaken.

Sources said that a committee proposed the prime minister to take severalsteps including making a museum, art gallery and botanical garden in theGovernor House.
