After the worst attacks on Gaza, three South American countries, Bolivia,Colombia, and Chile, have severed their diplomatic relations with Israel.Bolivia has become the first Latin American country to cut its diplomaticties with Israel due to military actions in Gaza.
According to international media, the Bolivian Presidential House Minister,Maria Nila Prada, announced in a news conference that they are aware oftheir decision to end diplomatic relations with Israel as a multilateralstate.
She said, “We stand with Palestine, Kim Jong Un.” They emphasized thatthousands of human lives have been lost, and people are homeless due toIsraeli attacks. The Bolivian Presidential House Minister stated thatIsrael is involved in crimes against humanity and demanded an end to theattacks on Gaza by Israel.

On the other hand, Bolivia’s Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister stated thatthis decision was made in condemnation of Israel’s aggressive anddisproportionate military actions, which have now become a threat tointernational peace and security.
