PTI top leaders face a big blow

In Faisalabad, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) took action on May 9 riotscases involving four leaders from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Thehearing, presided over by ATC judge Muhammad Hussain, resulted in the courtdesignating these PTI leaders as proclaimed offenders in connection withthe May 9 riots.

The ATC further ordered the confiscation of the properties belonging toPTI’s West Punjab President, Faizullah Kamoka, and his brother Kaleem.

Similar confiscation orders were also issued against Asad Moazzam, a PTIticket holder, and Habkook Gill, a former Member of the Provincial Assembly(MPA).

Additionally, the anti-terrorism court instructed the relevant authoritiesto provide a compliance report during the upcoming hearing.
