ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court registrar has returned a petition filed byformer Islamabad High Court judge, Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui.
Former justice has petitioned SC against his dismissal by the SupremeJudicial Council.
The registrar highlighted multiple reasons for not entertaining thepetition filed by the former IHC judge including that the petitioner hasnot approached any other appropriate forum available to him under the lawfor the same relief and has also not provided any justification for notdoing so.
