ISLAMABAD – Salman Butt has hit out against PCB former Chief Najam Sethi.
He has blamed ex-Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi forbeing left out of the players draft list for Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Butt made these remarks while speaking to media after guiding hisdepartment team, WAPDA, to the final of the Quaid-e-Azam one-day cup onThursday.
He lambasted former PCB Chairman Najam Sethi and blamed he was the reasonthe left-arm opening batsman was still out of the country’s lucrative T20league.
“Several journalists and other people told me that Sethi had asked the PSLfranchises to not pick me in the drafts for the previous edition,” Salmansaid adding that the news had hurt him the most and brought his morale down.
