Mobile phones services across parts of Pakistan to stay suspended today

ISLAMABAD – Federal government has reportedly decided to shut down mobileservices across parts of country.

The mobile phone services will remain suspended on Friday, the Ministry ofInterior announced amid the deteriorating law and order situation indifferent parts of the country.

There will be no mobile phone services from 9am to 9pm on Friday.

Meanwhile, the province-wide educational institutes will stay closed onFriday. Punjab Higher Education Department, in a notification, said thatall public and privately managed universities and colleges will be closedacross the province on Nov 2, 2018.
