ISLAMABAD – German companies have expressed keen interest in various energyprojects including renewable energy and digitization of distribution systemin Pakistan.

The interest was shown during a meeting between a delegation of Germanleading companies and Minister for Power, Omar Ayub Khan in Islamabad.

The Minister informed the German delegation that government is endeavoringto overcome challenges of power through effective policy making andintroducing advanced available technology.
