ISLAMABAD – Massive Reshuffle of senior police command in Punjab.
Zulfiqar Hameed, Capital City Police Officer, Lahore has been transferredand posted as Additional Inspector General of Police Operations. DeputyInspector General of Police Specialized Protection Unit Muhammad UmarSheikh has been transferred and posted as Capital City police officer.
Bilal Siddique has been posted as deputy IGP Specialized Protection Unit,while Sohail Habib Tajik has been directed to report to Services & GeneralAdministration Department till further orders. Imran Ahmar who was servingas a regional police officer in Dera Ghazi Khan Region has been transferredto Rawalpindi.
Meanwhile, Captain (r) Muhammad Faisal Rana has been transferred to DeraGhazi Khan Region as a regional police officer.
