LAHORE: Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has said economic condition of Railways is much better than it was in the past.

Presiding over a meeting in Lahore, he said efforts are underway to make the affairs of Railways more transparent.

The Minister said government wants to make Railways a vibrant institution.

During the meeting, the federal minister was told that the booking of seats through e booking would start soon.

The e booking of tickets in Pakistan Railways would be another mile stone in the history of Pakistan Railways.
