ISLAMABAD- Pakistan has strongly protested against former IsraeliDefense Minister Naftali Bennett’s statement to declare Islamabad’sShifa International Hospital as a Hamas medical complex.
According to the details, the former Israeli defense minister hadshared a video on May 20 in which he described the Shifa InternationalHospital in the Pakistani capital as a major medical complex of thePalestinian resistance organization Hamas.
Reacting strongly to the misrepresentation by Israeli official,Pakistan Foreign Office spokesman Zahid Hafeez said the former Israeliminister’s statement had raised serious concerns about the misuse ofthe Pakistani building.
