ISLAMABAD – Judicial Commission of Pakistan has recommended the elevationof Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Yahya Afridi to the Supreme Court ofPakistan.

The meeting of the Judicial Commission for appointment of judges was heldat the Supreme Court Lahore Registry, presided over by Chief Justice MianSaqib Nisar being the chairman of the commission.
