ISLAMABAD: Weather in Pakistan is likely to get wetter before it getsbetter in the second half of the month.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that intenseheat is likely to prevail across the country including its northern areasin the first half of June and temperatures may increase further two tothree degrees in the upcoming week.
However, by the end of the second week of June, pre-monsoon rains willbegin in the country which will bring down the temperature two to fourdegrees.
Meanwhile, mercury in most parts of the country will fluctuate between 40and 50 degrees centigrade and above from June 3 to June 10.
