LAHORE: Lahore High Court has sought details of explanatory ads of federal government regarding the Panama leaks here at today.

As per details, the hearing of petition held in Lahore HC over the publishing of explanatory ads of federal government in national newspapers to explain that name of PM Nawaz has been mentioned in Panama papers by mistake.

During the hearing, the petitioner took plea in court that PM Nawaz could not use national exchequer for his own explanation but despite of this fact ads are being published in national newspapers for explanation of Panama leaks allegations.

The Petitioner requested court to take amount from PM Nawaz, used on his own explanation and submit it in national exchequer.

Judge Justice Shahid Waheed has sought details from federal government in this regard and called federal government counsel for legal assistance.
