ISLAMABAD – Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have agreed to accelerate work on”Road to Makkah Project”.
The consensus to this effect was evolved during delegation level talksbetween Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in Islamabad on Tuesday.
Secretary Religious Affairs, Muhammad Mushtaq Ahmad gave a detailedbriefing with regard to the arrangements of Hajj 2019.
The Saudi delegation led by director general immigration Major GeneralSulaiman Al-Yahya also delivered a detailed briefing on Road to MakkahProject.
Under the Road to Makkah Project, the Hajis will travel to Saudi Arab likethey are traveling in domestic flights and no immigration process will takeplace at Jeddah airport.
