A doctor allegedly raped her female patient at a public hospital located onWahdat Road in Lahore on Thursday.
According to police, 22-year-old Kiran went to Jinnah Filter Hospital forher ultrasound, where Dr Tahir gave her sedative medication that left hersemiconscious.
The doctor then subjected her to sexual assault while she was insemiconscious state and fled away from the hospital. The girl was shiftedto hospital for medical treatment.
A case has been registered against two accused including Dr Tahir on thecomplaint of the husband of the victim girl.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Thursday took notice ofalleged rape with a female patient by a doctor at a hospital in WahdatColony and sought report from the CCPO, Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TVchannel.
Asserting the suspect deserved strict punishment, the chief ministerordered his immediate arrest. “Rape with a patient at a hospital cannot betolerated,” he said categorically.
