ISLAMABAD – Federal Board of Revenue says it collected three hundred andtwenty billion rupees during the last month, which is 17 percent more thanthe same month last year.
According to a statement issued by FBR, the number of returns this year hasalso shown a phenomenal increase of forty percent over same date last yearwhich shows trust and faith of people of Pakistan for participation in thisnational cause.
The statement said FBR has also been very active in removing irritantsrelated to exporters refunds and has issued an unprecedented amount ofrefunds this year.

The total of refunds issued this year is around one hundred and twentybillion rupees as opposed to sixty-five billion rupees last year.
