ISLAMABAD - Federal government takes important decision over National Counter Terrorism Authority during the meeting of the federal cabinet.
During the session of Federal Cabinet, approval was given to make amendments in rules of business to make NACTA subordinate of the interior ministry.
Federal Cabinet’s meeting was presided over by Prime Minister Imran Khan here in Islamabad today. On this occasion, PM Khan took federal cabinet into confidence over US visit.
Federal cabinet members admired PM Khan’s speech at UNGA. During the session, cabinet also approved ECC’s decision. However, ECC’s decision related to Halal Food Authority was reviewed as well.
Moreover, dengue issue was also discussed in the meeting. PM also expressed severe concerns over unabated dengue outbreak in Punjab.
During the meeting, PM Khan stated that he wants to see Pakistan dengue free in future. He further directed authorities concerned to take every possible measure against dengue.
