ISLAMABAD: Iranian embassy in Pakistan issued a statement here at today (Thursday) saying that few elements are making propaganda to weaken Pak-Iran relations but such elements will not succeed in their nefarious designs.
As per details, Abbas Badri Far, Spokesperson of Iranian Consulate in Pakistan said in his statement that few elements are spreading fabricated and baseless news since past few days about Pak-Iran ties which could negatively impact on both countries brotherly ties.
He added that both countries has close and historical ties which are based on mutual trust since seven decades. Iran considers its borders with Pakistan as haven of peace while Pakistan also did not receive any threat from its western borders.
Fabricated news are being spread through media to destroy the developing relations between both countries while such elements are against the successes achieved during the recent visit of Iranian president to Pakistan, Abbas Badri stated.
Sensible and conscious people of Pakistan give importance to Pak-Iran ties based on friendship and brotherhood so such elements will not succeed to affect close ties of both countries.
