In the Supreme Court, during the hearing of the review case for theFaizabad sit-in, Chief Justice Justice Faiz Isa made remarks that we wantto know who the actual mastermind of the Faizabad sit-in was.
The hearing of the Faizabad sit-in review case is ongoing in the SupremeCourt, with a three-member bench led by Chief Justice Justice Faiz Isa, andconsisting of Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Athar Minallah.
Attorney General Barrister Mansoor Awan read out the notification for theformation of the Fact-Finding Committee at the start of the hearing, towhich Chief Justice inquired about whom the committee would present itsreport to. The Attorney General informed that the committee would submitits report to the Ministry of Defense, which would then be presented beforethe Supreme Court.
Chief Justice remarked that the real issue is hidden beneath all this, it’sall an eyewash, everyone is retracting their statements, so this committeeis equivalent to dust in the eyes.

Justice Athar Minallah inquired if they are granting bail today inaccordance with the current situation in the country. Chief Justiceresponded that they are not competent to handle this matter, a gentlemanimported from abroad and cripples the entire nation.
