ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has applied for the regularizationof his residence in Banigala.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar resumedhearing the suo motu case against illegal constructions inthe Banigala suburbs of the federal capital.
Additional Attorney General Nayyar Abbas Rizvi told the bench that PrimeMinister Imran Khan has applied for regularization ofhis Banigala properties.
He further shared that there was no drainage system in the streets ofthe Banigala area, nor was there any provision for earthquakes in theconstructions.
