President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi, has once again issued notices in the caserelated to the Karachi Insaaf House rent dispute, including otherindividuals. According to details, due to the lawyers’ strike in the CityCourt, the hearing of the case regarding the Karachi Insaaf House rentdispute could not take place.
However, the court has reissued notices to President of Pakistan Arif Alvi,Imran Ismail, and others. Lawyers from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)appeared in court. PTI lawyers stated that they have not received anynotices so far, and no instructions have been received from the party.
Among the respondents, Arif Alvi is the President of Pakistan, Naeem-ul-Haqhas passed away, and Imran Ismail has dissociated from the party. The courthas sought a response from the parties by October 10.
