LAHORE – An accountability court on Tuesday extended judicial remand offormer railway’s minister Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother SalmanRafique until October 5, in Paragon Housing Scandal case.
Accountability court Judge Jawad ul Hassan heard the case aganist Khawajabrothers.
The court sought further arguments regarding Khawaja brothers’ acquittalpleas and granted another extention into their judicial remand till October5.
On April 26, the NAB Lahore approved the filing of a reference against theKhawaja brothers and Nadeem Zia for the alleged corruption in the same case.
The decision was taken in a regional board meeting that was attended by NABLahore’s director general and other directors.
