Afghanistan’s peace talks face yet another blow

MOSCOW – Afghanistan Peace talks faces another bump, after a TalibanCommander on Monday ruled out any chance of peace talks with the UnitedStates of America.

In an interview with a Russian-based media organisation, the Talibancommander said that the US cannot be trusted, adding that no one was givenauthority for dialogues.

He said that the US had never cooperated with them.
