PM Imran Khan holds high level meeting to review outcome of the US visit

*ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed his satisfaction overthe successful tour to the United States.*

He was presiding over a high-level meeting to review the outcome of his USvisit at PM House on Thursday.

The prime minister appreciated the vision of US President Donald Trump forestablishment of peace and Pak-US relations.

Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, DG ISI Lt Gen Faiz Hameed,Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Federal Minister for MaritimeAffairs Ali Zaidi, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on OverseasPakistanis Zulfi Bukhari and Pakistan Ambassador to the US Ali Jahangiralso attended the meeting.

On July 31, Prime Minister Imran Khan had said that he would continue toreiterate the plunder during the last decade so that people should notforget it.

He was addressing the ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understandingbetween Pakistan and United Nations Office for Project Services andSustainable Housing Solutions for financial assistance in Naya PakistanHousing Program.

He said that a project would be launched to construct houses for fishermenin Gwadar. “There is a dearth of 12.5 million houses in the country. Amajority of people do not have money to build their houses,” he said.
