MULTAN – New developments have been reported in Accountability Judge ArshadMalik video scandal.
The Judicial Magistrate on Wednesday declared Mian Tariq, one of the mainaccused in video scandal of former Accountability court Judge Arshad Malik,as wanted in case over fraudulent sale of a land and not appearing beforethe court despite repeated orders.
According to the details, Mian Tariq along with four accomplices wasdeclared wanted for not appearing before the court despite repeated callingover the case of fraudulently selling the land of a shopping mall in NewMultan.
The Judicial Magistrate ordered the police to produce the accused and hisaccomplices before the court soon. Mian Tariq had been declared wanted inanother case as well.
On July 15, Judge Arshad Malik had *rejected all the allegations leveled byMaryam Nawaz* link regarding victimizingex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif in fake corruption cases.

The judge had released a statement and termed the leaked video played byPML-N leaders during their press conference fake, fabricated and out ofcontext.
He said that he was not pressurized by anyone to deliver verdict againstNawaz Sharif in Al-Azizia reference and that the decision was announcedwhile fulfilling all the requirements of justice. I should have notacquitted Nawaz Sharif in one case and sentenced him in another case if Iwas under pressure, he asserted.
Arshad Malik told that he had old relation with Nasir Butt, the personshown talking to him in the alleged video, and his brother Abdullah Buttwho used to often meet me.
