Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is spending two point seven billion rupees on development of forests in the province.

The projects to be carried out under the project include “Green Pakistan” a joint project of Federal and provincial governments for protection of wildlife.

Similarly, new saplings will be planted under Billion Tree Tsunami Afforestation project to expand forests area in the province.
