PAF response to Indian aggression on February 27 will be remembered as Operation Swift Retort

*ISLAMABAD – Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan onWednesday announced that the Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) response to Indianaggression on February 27 will be remembered as ‘Operation Swift Retort’.*

Addressing the 264th Air Staff Presentation meeting in Islamabad onWednesday, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan said PAF’s swift responseduring the recent Indo-Pak conflict, was the demonstration of our firmresolve, capacity and capability in thwarting nefarious designs of theadversary.

“Every member of the PAF deserves special appreciation for proving equal tothe task,” the air chief said, adding, “I salute each one of you forshowing strong commitment, perseverance and motivation being deployed atforward operating bases during these testing times.”

Air Chief Marshal Anwar Khan reiterated his resolve that in case of anymisadventure by the enemy, PAF’s response will be even stronger than before.

At the conclusion of the event, the Air Chief awarded trophies to the basesexcelling in various domains.
