Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Husain Qureshi has congratulated the PTI candidate Malik Wasif Mazhar Raan on winning the bye-election with clear majority. He said PPP and PML (N) contested the election collectively but the people of Multan rejected their joint candidate.
